1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter, anyone involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Promotion period
Entries open at 4pm AEST on October 7, 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on November 8, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to enter
Complete the giveaway entry form on this page with a valid email address during the promotion period.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. There is a limit of one entry per person. Existing Caprini subscribers may enter but must complete the entry form.

5. Prize
One winner will receive a $1,000 AUD Caprini digital gift card, redeemable at caprini.com.au.

The total prize value is $1,000 AUD. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Its expiry date is November 9, 2027. 

6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries at 9am AEST on November 9, 2026.

7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email within two business days of the draw. Their first name and last initial will be published on this page on November 10.

8. Unclaimed prize
The winner must claim the prize by 12 November, 2026. If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at 9am AEST on 13 November, 2026, subject to applicable law. The replacement winner will be notified by email.

9. Invalid entries
The promoter may disqualify duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries, or entries that do not meet these terms. Any eligibility verification requested will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway.

10. Privacy and email marketing
Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By entering this giveaway, you are opting into email marketing. Entrants who opt in to email marketing agree to receive promotional emails from Caprini. Consent is optional, and entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Facebook and Instagram
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from this promotion.

12. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
