Named after the place that first inspired it, Caprini exists to capture the feeling of a summer you'll never quite get over.
Not just the destination, but the version of yourself you become while you're there. The long lunches that become dinner, the last swim before sunset, the outfit you couldn't wait to wear and the memories you'll look back on for years to come.
We believe the right piece becomes part of the story. That's why everything we create is thoughtfully designed to help you feel beautiful, supported and completely yourself, wherever summer takes you.
We don't just design for the destination. We design for everything you'll remember about it.
OUR STORY
Caprini began in 2022 from my parents' spare bedroom in Brisbane, Australia. I was 20 years old with one goal: to create swimwear that felt just as beautiful as it was supportive.
I couldn't find pieces that balanced bold, artistic design with the fit and comfort women deserved, so I decided to create them myself. What started as a passion project has since grown into a global community of women who have trusted us to be part of their honeymoons, birthdays, girls' trips and summers they'll never forget.
As the brand evolved, so did the vision. While Capri Swim will always be where our story began, I knew we'd outgrown the name. I wanted something that still honoured our roots while giving us the freedom to grow beyond swimwear and into the world I'd always imagined. And so, Caprini became the natural next chapter of the brand we'd been building since 2022.
Today, every Caprini piece is thoughtfully designed with that same vision in mind. From the first sketch to the final sample, we obsess over every detail because we know the pieces you pack for your favourite trips become part of the memories you bring home.
Our collections are ethically crafted by a family-run, female-owned manufacturer in China who we've built a close relationship with over the years. As we've grown, we've also been able to invest in better materials, with our newer collections featuring REPREVE® recycled fabric as part of our ongoing commitment to creating pieces that are made to be loved season after season.
